Your Certification + Coaching enrollment is confirmed. Here's what happens next.

Your Next Steps

  1. Check your email. You'll receive a confirmation receipt and your welcome email within the next few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
  2. Access the Cialdini course. Your login will arrive within 24 hours. Start with the first two introductory videos before the first coaching session.
  3. Open the Applied Influence Guide for TDM Programs. It's attached to your confirmation email — your companion during training, connecting each Cialdini principle to real TDM situations.
  4. Add the coaching sessions to your calendar. Calendar invites are included in your welcome email. Five sessions, starting May 7.

All remaining materials (the Influence for TDM Workbook and podcast companion) arrive in the community space by May 5.

What to Expect This Week

  • Within minutes: confirmation email and receipt. Check spam or promotions if it doesn't arrive.
  • Within 24 hours: Cialdini course login, Applied Influence Guide, and calendar invites for all five sessions.
  • By May 5: remaining resources in the community space — the Influence for TDM Workbook and podcast companion.
  • May 7 at 1:00 PM ET: first live coaching session. The only prep is watching the first two introductory Cialdini videos.
